How can I accept credit cards on my website?
Accepting credit card payments on your site requires a couple things. First, you need a shopping cart. Secondly, you require a merchant account which would need to be integrated into your site. Of course, our programming team can help take care of both requirements for you!


Do you redesign existing websites?
Absolutely! A significant percentage of our clients already have existing websites that they want us to re-create in a fashion that better represents their business and better achieves their internal objectives. For instance, you might want to have a more professional looking design so visitors stay on your site longer. Or, you might need to improve the functionality of your website so that you can convert more visitors into clients. How many pages can I have on my web site?

Additionally, for clients who have complex projects and thus order dedicated management services, you’ll be able to schedule multiple conference calls and spend even more time consulting with your project manager via phone over the course of your project.


What will you need from me in order to complete my website?
Each project is a little different, but in general our team will need the following:

  • A mutual understanding of your vision and objectives
  • Content for your site (you can either provide it yourself or hire us to write it for you)
  • Pictures for you site (you can either provide them for us or purchase image packages from us)
  • Timely feedback! There might not be anything more important than timely feedback. Yes, we are professionals and we know how to build awesome websites; but we don’t want to just build a random, awesome, website. We want to build a site that materializes your vision and objectives! To do that, we need your input.


Can I get e-mail with my website?
Sure thing. As long as you are using one of our recommended hosts, or hosting with us, our team will be able to setup email accounts for you using your company domain name as the extension (example: johnjane@yourcompanyname.com)


Can you help me secure a domain name?
Of course! If you don’t already own your domain we’d be happy to help you identify and secure one.


Will you insert my original content into my website for me?
Absolutely! Whether you hire us to write your content for you or you provide the content yourself in a fully formatted fashion, our team will enter the content into your site for however many pages you ordered.

How long will it take for my website to be built?
How long a website takes to design and develop depends both on the complexity of the website itself and on how timely and clear the client is when providing feedback. Thus, although we can never say exactly how long a specific website will take to develop, we have created a project time-line-estimating feature within our build-your-own-quote form that will give you an expected development time-line based on the type of site you want and the features you select.

How much will a website cost me?

However, we don’t operate that way. Our website development payment milestones are broken up for your convenience as follows:

Website rojects with budgets from $1,000 to $4,999:

  • 33.33% to initiate your project (the Define & Design Phases)
  • 33.33% upon completion of the Design Phase to initiate the Programming Phase.
  • 33.34% once you give final approvals on your website. We then take your site live!

Projects with budgets of $5,000 and over:

  • 30% to initiate your project (the Define Phase)
  • 20% upon completion of the Define Phase to initiate the Design Phase.
